IFF has written to Justice AP Shah and the Internet and Mobile Association of India (IAMAI). In it we have expressed our concerns of self censorship by Hotstar and pressure by Government to get the entire online content industry to follow the IAMAI’s Code for Self-Regulation.

SaveTheInternet.in is live. With the rampant website blockings being conducted by ISP’s, IFF has taken the step to activate the SaveTheInternet.in website. It includes a reporting tool and petition to take this movement forward.

A particularly concerning threat to net neutrality, looms the web. IFF has been engaging with users for a few months gathering evidence of extensive blocking. We summarise this to you and explain how this is a violation of Net Neutrality.
